Nezha trap chat restriction and why this is a bad idea.

Hello folks I was recently chat suspended for saying "Nezha means trap in Portugese"
None of those words by themselves are offensive or bad in any way. This means they chat suspended me for having "Nezha" and "Trap" in the same sentence. This way of chat banning is not good and here's why:

1. This means its going to ban any sentence with Nezha and trap in the same sentence, context not mattering.
2. This is an M game chat banning me for a sentence containing no Swears or vulgar language.
3. It doesn't violate any code of conduct rules, (referring to the forum rules, there are no posted chat rules.) its arguably a slur but that's about it.

I have seen alot of people with problems with Warframes' chat, the fact that the chat in an M rated game is more restrictive and punishing than Club Penguin is really telling.

I get it they were tired of the hee hoo Nezha is a trap joke, but it bans you no matter the context.

I did some Testing and put Nezha and trap in the same sentence, I referred to Nezha as a trap but the literal kind, and was still banned.

Admittedly, the joke is bad, overused, and the like. but this simple line gives a long standing chat suspension. From what I read 48 hours.

For 2 days, I now cannot trade, recruit, or chat. because of a stupid joke.

And to clarify there IS NOT a code of conduct for chat, no naughty auto ban word list. There was no warning to tell me not to say this.

This makes region chat a minefield to talk in, unless you keep it perfectly PG in this M game.

I don't see how saying anything like that can contribute to the chat in any meaningful way, therefore I see no issue. You intentionally brought it upon yourself, so deal with your suspension like a grown adult (assuming you are one)

maybe you just should stop using that overused cringe joke? moderators are also people(i guess) and they got tired of those "awesome jokes" poping up like 100 times in a day since Nezha was introduced?
also i think they made this just as spam filter key word so this fresh joke not gonna pop up in the region chat ever again

Nezha doesn't even particularly look like a chick in the game. Most of the female warframes have large hips, butts and boobs. I never understood how anyone could get confused by him or why people think the joke makes sense in the first place.

By the by, people spamming the joke probably got old within a day of said frame's release. One of the many reasons to never look at any of the in-game chat windows unless you're trading with someone.

It was instantanious so it was a keyword bot. and sure i agree its a bad joke, as I showed in the post. but a slap on the wrist like they use on cross chat trading would have been agreeable but, it was a suspension that lasts 48h up to 1week. I cant see or use chat for 2 days cause of a dumb joke?

thats a cute analogy, but its a joke right? theres litter going through it constantly, i could have said Nezha is a girly looking boy and been alright, essentially saying the same thing and not getting banned even though I just "littered"

Had the bot said "Please refrain from using Trap as its derogitory" as a warning like it does for trading in the wrong chat, I would never do it again.

It's very annoying to not be able to trade, talk, recruit or do anything of the sort because of stupid joke.

They have no rules, no lists, nothing saying to not say that. so chat is just a godam ♥♥♥♥ing minefield.

This is the ONLY game that does this. ive played LoL fro years and never been chat restricted, ive played Guild Wars 2 for years and never been chat restricted.

2 days IS slap on the wirst. I got banned for a week once. Words "be respectful, no profanity, no spamming" is literally the first thing you'll see in chat. There are your rules.

I have no experience with LOL, but F2P games, in general, have degenerate communities. At least as far as chats go - it takes literally 0 effort to make new account and spam all day long. The only reason WF chat is clean and at least remotely usable is because of brutal moderation.

GW2, for a long time, was paywalled, and still is, to a degree, by its expansions. Meanwhile, The Old Republic, for example, had cancer absolutely flourishing in its general chats, especially on Imperial side. Don't get me wrong, it was fun to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ there, and read that stream of stupidity. It wasn't a useful chat though. At all.

And then there's ♥♥♥♥ like Path of Exile, where it's literally unusable due to amount of bots and "funny" memers. Took me 5 minutes to turn all chats off, completely, and my sanity already was damaged.

Want an actual channel of communication in F2P game, to ask questions and stuff? Learn to deal with nazi-level moderation. Want to ♥♥♥♥-post? Use your clan for it. Or steam forums, lol.

Who am I disrespecting? Wheres the profanity? How is this considered spam?
I could say "Nezha means feminine looking male in portugese" essentially the e x a c t same thing and been fine, they arent filtering spam, they arent promoting deep thought provoking chat in region chat. they just suspended me cause they were tired of seeing it.

Not one rule was violated, you argue this chat is better than other f2p games? no. this ♥♥♥♥ is martial law shoot on sight but withhold the laws.

Had they had clear rules. a no no word list. had they TOLD ME WHAT THEY WANTED i would have complied. the difference in this game and those i mentioned is those games are fair.
GW2 never been banned because i know the chat rules
