No. People flooded the forums hating on the idea ( mostly because A: a temporary 24 hours made it seem pointless to do, and B: people didn't believe that was worth a Specter AI who wouldn't use Warframe abilities like normal Specters. ), so they decided to hold off on releasing that for now.
