And I see that there are still so many people who 1) cannot perform a very basic search, and 2) don't seem to understand a forum is NOT a Support system.

You... can't install the game on Discord. Discord is a chat service.
As to your problem, we can't help you get your items or your money back. You'll have to go to the Warframe helpdesk online, which has already been said.

it was the Saryn bundle, worth 50$ but i only pay 10$ but i can see im still missing the XP booster

yeah i got the Saryn bundle, it was on the store, and the booster is for 7 days its the orange booster
