Did you click on the alert?

If so that's for the weekly ayatan hunt. Talk to maroo and accept the mission (bottom option in dialogue)

That could be it. Where is Maroo? What do they look like?

Walk into the main hall, they'll be lots of players selling things. She's stood near the front behind a podium.

It's kind of out of place to meet her like this as her introduction quest is given out from the mars/Phobos junction but nothing stops you going to her bazaar once you unlock the previous node.

Well I'm there now & there is no hall that I can see & I cannot interact with anyone there. So IDK what to do.

Yeah I followed someone else into a small room at the back after walking around the area I 1st landed at.

I just found a video showing where to go. I thought the door leading into the main hall was just a wall as it blends in with everything else so didn't walk near it & instead walked up to the person standing there, when I couldn't interact with them I just left. Least I know now.

Finally started this mission with Maroo & while playing got a message about a hot fix update, but had to abort the update so lost my progress ha

Incidentally; her mission isn't required to continue through the Starmap nor is it the only way to get Ayatan Sculptures (which will appear in missions using the same spawn points as supply boxes, explosive barrels, etc). And Ayatan Sculptures are just one way of gaining Endo, used for levelling up your mods.

They're just a way to get a guaranteed Sculpture assuming you don't muck up with the parkour challenge in the mission. Because the Sculpture is at the end of that parkour challenge, the challenges are timed, and it's an automatic failure if you run out of time.

I just wanted to know what happens there as I thought I was missing out on something. I can buy endo on the market or get it from mission rewards so that's fine. I already completed one of the challenges so maybe I'll go back another time.
