any summoner warframes?

when/if stealth time is over i want to be able to call up a small army and be the spearhead of the rampage while the minions distract, tie up, and kill are there any warframes that can summon permanent reinforcements?

There are some, namely Nekros and Atlas that summons minions (Loki summon a decoy to attract enemies) but they are not permanent. Nekros summons decay over time, Atlas is duration based.

Permanent, no. Nekros can summon enemies he's killed though. Atlas can summon rock golems, Nidus can summon infested maggots to assist him in building up his mutation level, Nyx can turn an enemy into a friendly or an entire crowd on itself, Titania has little razorflies assist her in her archwing mode, Chroma's pelt can be turned into a sentry, Equinox's alter ego can assist you for a short time if you have the augment mod for it, and Inaros can consume enemies and turn them into sandy husks that help out.

Other ways to get minions include using the Synoid Heliocor, which can turn an enemy into an ally when they are killed with a channelled attack. The Ballistica Prime turns enemies into friendly phantoms when they're killed with a charged shot.
Air Support can be used to place a sentry.
And there is a variety of Specter items you can use to have AI friends. That includes specters from the different Syndicates, which include MOAs, Shield Ospreys, Ancient Healers, Grineer Rollers, Infested Chargers, and Void soldiers. Besides that, you can make Specters of your own loadouts by playing Rescue missions and earning different tiers of Specter blueprints.

In fact we'll get a summoner frame, Kora will be able to summon a Kavat, cant tell if permanet / untill killed like Sydicate specters and Clem or if it will be channeled (like Chroma's Efigy) or duration cast (like Atlas Golems)...

edit: it would be nice if the Kavat were able to channel mods from your companion like exalted weapons...

Nekros can summon minions that remain for a fairly long period time, they have a high aggro rating so they are good at drawing enemy fire away from you and other targets but their damage is bad. Equinox can summon a single minion that copies your loadout and deals increased damage but even with every possible duration mod it lasts for only around 20s and is very braindead so it might not do anything useful during that time. These are the only two summoning abilities in the game that are even viable on some level, the others are just plain bad.

Equinox has Duality augument which makes her other half split for 7 seconds and do 300% damage. That can be extended up to like 20-22 seconds as it is effected by ability duration.
Thing with tat is that other half of Equinox will use wepaon you use, take ALL mods into account and make it 300%. That is flat out the best specter you can have in the game, give it some nuke weapon and see rooms cleared in split second.
As AI it is not realy bright but if you camp that other half will camp, if you go in it will go in so you have to learn to play around it and it is possible
