Farming mite raknoids (green) for vega toroids

Hi everyone!

A bug makes toroids almost impossible to get, they only drop (atm) on raknoids mobs.

So, i need vega toroids, but i don't know how to find the green raknoids easily.

There's the exploiter bounty, but i can't launch it, i can't interact with the console, i don't have thermial stg...

Is there another way to find many of them quickly?

I'm stuck at rank 2 vox solaris because of that...

I assume they will be fixing toroid drops somewhat soon, it is Thursday so there is room for a hotfix even this week.

I do not know of a way to force spawn many of them, so I'd rather wait for them to fix toroids, like, I couldn't even find them in caves.

You could try your luck in recruit chat, ask if someone could do 1 or 2 Exploiter Orb runs with you. The fight can be started as long as someone has the resource, but you'll have to manually set up a group, the matchmaking only works if you also have the stuff (at least thats how I remember it).

This really needs a fix, hope they patch it soon. 2 hours and not a single torid drop in Temple of Profit.

You need the profit taker bounty drops to rank up anyway <is that where you need 22k?> so unless you need them for crafting you may as well wait for Profit Taker for the better ones.

Also if you don't have adaption from Arbitrations that fight is going to be a bit rough so if you haven't yet you should work on getting that first as well.

Matchmaking only works if you have max rank Fortuna and access to Profit Taker.

You misunderstood; the guy you responded to was talking about Exploiter matchmaking and getting around the requirement for thermia. OP has rank 2 Vox, so he presumably has max rank SU and either has or could easily get Profit-Taker phases 1 through 3 done.

OP, I suggest farming for something else until they fix it, but if you must have them now, you can guarantee a few Mite Raknoids in the phase 2 Profit-Taker bounty; they interrupt you while you're fishing.

No .. I understood just fine.

For exploiter you can trigger it with thermia manually.

But even with termia you can not select the job since it is tied to the backroom bounties and having max rank in Fortuna.

As far as the OP is concerned he needs a drop from the profit taker bounties to rank up to level 3 not just rank from toroids. Gyromags I think.. or one of them. He can check to see what he needs by selecting rank up.

I went to the space port looking for Vega toroids the other day and to my shock one dropped from a sentry turret (those turrets that look like towers and fire blue projectiles)

I wasn’t there for more than a couple minutes. Dumb luck I guess but now I can finally build garuda.

It was fixed in the latest hotfix. Drop chance also increased to 2% from 1.1%

EDIT* NVM they seemed to have fixed the vega toroid drops, just did a 30 mins run and got nearly 100 :)
