Farming stalker for despair?

Greetings fellow tin cans, i just got a riven for the despair throwing knifes and i now need to farm the stalker. What is a quick way to get him to spawn? I do not have any stalker beacons. Also can you get marked from the same boss more than once? And does it show up more than 1 marked for death by stalker if so?

and yes marks do stack. if you want marks of stalker, play few neptune assassinations since each boss there gives a mark. or any other if you have not reached neptune yet.

Game will not show how many times have you been marked by Stalker.

Beacons are the best way to farm him, Baro brings them every 3-4 months or so.

If you wanna get marked by him go kill planet bosses, easiest one to get a mark is Hyena Pack on Neptune cause Stalker has a chance to mark you for each Hyena.
Otherwise it is 1 mark per boss, I suggest you do easy bosses first like Phobos boss, do him couple of times and you should get a mark.

Bosses also drop parts for warframes so you will farm them along the way.

Alright, i'll just do the hyena 5 times maybe then farm neo relics.

Give it some time and DE might buff them. Just like they did with bows.

Having 4 people in the squad increases the odds that Stalker will spawn.

So once you are marked at least once you can increase your odds by playing public, as you suggested fissures are a good place to find public squads in no time.

Note that unless you like throwable secondary weapons Despair is not gonna impress you.
With a riven it can be good tho, as most weapons in this game. If you get a good rolls most weapons are worth trying out and building with it.

Yeah it is my first riven so i want to use it.

Despair is a very rare drop, you need to kill the Shadow Stalker around 36 times to get even one and this is assuming you don't get hit by bad RNG. It's the kind of weapon that you end up obtaining by accident if you just play the game long enough. Having more marks does not increase his spawn chance.

I have another question, during defense missions do the chance of stalker spawning reset every 5 waves?
