How to buy tenno gen skins ??

I only get some weapons skins nothing for frames like the Kuvael for example /
No i dont launch warframe thru steam as id always find warframe uninstalled the next day , yes my account is linked to steam .. what am i going wrong here xD i want that skin

I order to see and be able to buy Tennogen is to log into WF via Steam. Using the independent login (if you have WF installed both ways) shouldn't allow you to see Tennogen at all. When logged in, you should be able to see it either at ship's store or at the Appearance section, where you customize your selected gear. That means you can see how ANY cosmetic looks before you buy--even how the intended colors will look if you set them up properly before experiment (that might have you go back and forth changing colors into a configuration slot, so use one you don't have in use or don't care if you forget how it was set.)

I know is true because I already tried. I didn't want to link WF to Steam--or do any sort of accounts linking overall--but I had to do so if I wanted to see Tennogen, which I won't buy anyways. Now I struggle to don't keep admiring the few good stuff they have, specially Repala. At 1st, I had difficulty to talk about anything WF cosmetics w/o insert Repala as a recurrent interjection, like every 7-10 words pretending an excuse to do so; But I stopped fortunately (no, I didn't buy jack).

You can use Steam money for it, I think. I don't see any other way to do so, but is very likely there is a way directly paying to DE with credit/debit card.
