At what point do you give up on a Riven mod?

I've got 4 that now require over 3000 Kuva. I'm thinking about selling them for endo.

When I hit 50 rolls I fuse them into endo if I havent gotten any desirable stats

If it is a weapon I want a riven for I will roll it over and over until its usable to me. The one I rolled it like 60 times until it was a good roll.I will randomly roll decent rivens to see if I get something better as well.

My Boar riven requires 3,150 Kuva because I rerolled it 8 times and only got 109.8% Toxin, -122.3% recoil, -49.3% Damage to infested. Can't get anything amazing from it.

I’m almost a high enough mr to use my Ignis and Javlok riven, I know (atleast for the ignis) I’ll roll that thing until time ends.

i got a hek riven with almost 80 roll, and its still total crap

1) if you like the weapon - you know what weapon needs and just go for it
2) weapon is very popular and Riven can be a good sell

did 24 rolls on Ignis Riven which has low disposition to get right stats. In most cases riven is not worth for Ignis but I just wanted a meme weapon

if you got tired of it leave it be, get back to it when you feel like it

Once you hit ten rolls on a riven it's at the Price Cap for rerolling; 3500. It will never cost more than that. If you're tight on Kuva Roll it five to eight times then start watching the trade chat for unrolled rivens for the weapon you desire. You should be able to pick up an unrolled riven for just about any non-meta weapon (Plasmor, Corinth, Hek, Atterax, Etc) for 10-50 Plat. (Some weapons can have riven prices as low as 5) Then just disolve High rolled (8+ rolls) Rivens for Endo and pick up new unrolled rivens.

If you're tight on plat; get farming that Kuva and hold onto what rivens you get. Smeeta and resource boosters can increase Kuva earnings.

You can spend 200p on limited number of fresh unrolled rivens or buy resource booster for 200p. But with booster you get more resources which include traces. More radiant relics = more rare drops = 200 p back

Booster is more useful especially now with new Poe resources.

I don't roll anything past 10 unless it's for a weapon that has very expensive rivens.

I have 4 Lenz rivens, 1 zenistar riven and 12 other non-meta-weapons rivens.
I still reroll my Zeni, I am at 14 rn.
Because I have so many Lenz rivens, I try to not waste that much kuva, so I stop at okay-ish stats, I rerolled each atleast 15+ times.
I stopped rerolling the other non meta rivens, because the effort isn't worth it, trying to sell them as trash ones.

I had a scoliac riven once which had okay-ish stats, I should have keep rolling it but I didn't want to because I have so many other rivens to reroll.
STILL sold it somehow.

Which motivated me to not go for the godroll, but for "so lala"-rivens and still sell em for 1k and more.

TL;DR After I think the stats are good enough to sell for atleast 800plat.

I've got a booster. It's not an "either or" for me.
