Do you sell your mastered weapons (+ Any tracking resources?)
So my first week of warframe is complete and I have played 8 frames, made it to pluto and used several weapons with my Mastery 8 test coming in a few hours...

I've been using platinum I had from the sale to buy warframe/weapon slots but now I'm wondering how people handle their weapons since there's obviously so many.

Do you just sell them if they aren't "amazing weapons"?

And anyone use any outside resources to track stuff you have mastered?

I keep most weapons regardless because you never know when DE might buff something in the future like they did with a lot of weapons in the past. I just use my Profile > Equipment screen > then select the Progress option to see what stuff I am missing

If I don’t enjoy the weapon and I decided it was MR fodder, yah I do. But if it’s a weapon I enjoy or have high hopes for I’ll keep it.

Basically it depends on the person. I've kept every single frame and weapons I've mastered.
-Unless the weapon was used to build another.

My friends they tend to keep the base Warframes until they get the Primed Varient, then they sell the base versions.

Same for weapons. Keep the base varient until they get a better one or they sell them after they max them if they're bad.

As for tracking, I just use the Codex on the ship to track my progress or I check my profile and go to equipment.

You can view all items you have acquired and leveled by going to your Profile -> Equipment, OR you can go to the Codex to see a vast array of things including enemies you have scanned.

I keep any weapon that I enjoy and also any weapon that does not have an alternate version, such as Prime, Wraith, Vandal, Dex, Mara, etc, and especially weapons from events.

With the damage changes that could be coming sometime this year to base damage, I might regret selling weapons I thought weren't all that great before.

But... you can craft most weapons again at anytime. There have been some incidents were weapons were retired; like the Machete. Or completely removed like the Snipetron until a recent event.

Through a little bit of trading you can easily earn 12 plat, selling a half decent mod or ayatan treasure can already easily go for this price. So expanding your arsenal without paying should be no problem.

When I started the game I just was selling weapons that I didn't like. But now I decided rebuy (or recraft) every single weapon in the game and store them. However I do not recommend it.

Early on, I threw a lot of weapons away, but kept a few I enjoyed. I also saved many weapons I look forward to for last. Once making plat easy, I started to keep more and more weapons (at 120+) Now I hardly throw anything way, simply because a riven can make any weapon great, unless it's the flux rifle. Also, a new mod might come out that changes a weapon, completely.

Seven forma, two different rivens rolled multiple times till seemingly great stats appeared, and a weapon exculsive status chance mod haven't saved the flux rifle. I still have it, hoping it gets a sweet buff.

I should have said that I already have about 30 weapons, since I was invited to a high level clan and have been pumping out weapons like nobodies business. Hence my comment of "should I sell weapons?" since I do already have 30+ slots and like 300 plat I have been saving for slots as I need

I use this for tracking https://forums.warframe.com/topic/786683-warframe-inventory-mastery-tracker/

It allows for importing when it's updated but personally I update it manually, so I'm not entirely sure what the current version is like.

As far as what I save,I keep weapons that I enjoy either aesthetically or mechanically and have a few whose efficiency is just to good to ignore for when I'm pressed for time. Everything else gets chucked regardless of how amazing it is, unless it's extremely hard to get or can only be obtaind once.

I keep all of my weapons except for teh ones I really really dislike but only if they are easily reobtainable. I have well over 100 weapons with catalysts and several forma ready to go. Then I keep all frames until I get the prime version then I replace the regular with the prime I have all of teh primed frames(except excal prime not a founder) then all of the none primed frames ready to go with reactors and several forma I think they all have exilus adapters. I have gotten some rivens for what I thought were mediocre weapons that made them quite fun to use like a drakgoon riven with + multishot. You can track what you ahve completed easily by going to your in game profile it lists every weapon and frame and shows what level you have obtained with it.
