So on the warframe page, the gunsen (new fan blades) had like 3 stat lists. But they're not throwable.... why aren't they throwable? It would make more sense for the new fan blades to be throwable like glaives..... like wtf...

A bladed fan made specifically for combat, yes.
It's an actual weapon, just go watch Rush Hour. One of the assassin lady used it.

Exactly it was shown on their webpage to ,seemingly, be throwable considering it had 3 stat lists similar to a glaive. I WAS expecting to be able to throw the damn fans, but apparently they changed that, the most important thing about the weapon, on release. like come tf on, 190p waisted. And then without the stance on, I hadn't gotten the stance yet because its rare af, there's a long fkin animation at the end of its combo. way to be even more useless as a melee weapon. The animation is pretty much a taunt. you stand there waving one of the fans at your face as if you're trying to cool yourself down.

Very dissapointed in this weapon. False advertisement, ridiculously rare stance for it, Low on damage, and Opens yourself up to being killed at the end of each short combo thanks to a really really REALLY long taunting animation that you cannot break out of.

MR limit doesn't dictate how strong a weapon will be.

I'd say the fact you have to fan yourself after every combo being more of an issue. Since you're helpless and die a lot during it.

Actually no. Properly modded, it can be a pretty decent status build weapon. 28% base status and 16% base crit? Stick a few dual stat elemental mods, drifting contact, berserker and condition overload and watch level 150 enemies bleed to death surprisingly fast.

As for OP complaining about the animation, how about using other combos/modding for attack speed?

Why would they be throwable? You'd lose your weapon. Watch some video's on bladed fans, nobody throws them.

ikr. you know how long ago i posted this? and also i've never NOT seen a bladed fan not be thrown. just saying. but it's w/e i don't even use the weapon. nor like it. i kept it for khora. but she's probably not even going to be released this month since she's undergoing ANOTHER rework before her release.
