Fusilai is a status weapon. Multishot is a good roll though. The weapon itself is quite alright.

It is the only slash heavy throwing weapon, with the most status chance in its class excluding Pox (I think). I don't use it much, but it is quite decent. The alt fire is worthless, most likely. Here's a thought: Try popping nulli bubble with it to see if it pops with 1 throw of alt fire.

Yes, the multishot and flight speed riven is very suitable.

Alt fire is very useful at close range, will oneshot pretty much anything standing in its way
