Helminth Charger Sizes?

Is there just the one size? Cause mine is a heck of a lot bigger than I thought he would be, and seems to be a lot larger than the enemy ones.

The size of it when it matures is random, like Kubrows for example. So, just like how you can get small, skinnier kubrows and tall, bulky ones, the same can happen with the Chargers, although they don't have different mdoels for bigger and smaller ones like Kubrows do, so either you may get a smaller one or a very big one.

Literally all the charger is is a total reskin of the kubrow. Try putting armor on, or see the kubrow image at the end of a mission. Not to mention the sounds and all that. Laziness at its finest.

People have been asking for a pet charger for a long while. Now we have it. Sure, it makes no sense that it's a grineer infested charger, but people wanted one as a pet and now we have it, even if lazy. People should stop complaining so much about such a small thing.

Besides, they confirmed they slacked off on the design because they wanted to get it out along with the quest and other stuff before Christmas break for us and them, they wanted to give us our new pet which many people asked for at last, even if rushed, it's functional, that's what matters. Steve said it is likely they will make changes to the Charger pet once the full crew is back to working from break, so it's too early to say it's lazy because they aren't working on the game right now due to Christmas. Even then, it doesn't need much work. It's an infested charger as a pet, even if it makes little sense it came out of a kubrow egg.

Mines a Tiny Terror... I should have named him that but didnt know how small he was until I got in infested missions.

To confirm, the current Charger is simply a reskinned Raksa Kubrow with slightly different stats. If you have it as your active pet and check the Raksa Kubrow page in your codex, it'll come up with the stats of your current Charger.

There was an old bug where the Kubrows would scale to the size of the enemy they where fighting (ie the face bite animation some of them have) so even if you had a tiny Kubrow if he tried to throttle a a grineer heavy gunner he would be scaled up in size so that his animation looked correct... and often the Kubrow would get stuck at that size for the entire mission... which would make for a VERY big kubrow.

I thought they fixed that, maybe they didnt or maybe its back.

They did fix it. Now instead of the kubrow scaling up in size to match the enemy, the enemy scales down in size to match the kubrow, so a Grineer heavy gunner will shrink down to the size of a Grineer ballista during a kubrow finisher animation. Enemies also do it with warframe finishers too, most notably Moas, who lose about 2 foot in height when you perform a finisher on them.
