Confused about Valkyr Prime [Some Spoilers]

''Primes'' are just old orokin weapons that you find (the parts for) in relics.
Lore wise, this is a pretty good idea where weapons that get primed can just be called ''Designed after the orokin weapon itself''
As you know, the valkyr you play as is the valkyr made after Alad V's Zanuka project so valkyr prime is just valkyr before the project. That would be fine if we didn't have a skin that, in the lore, is how valkyr looked like before the zanuka project (Valkyr's skin's... skin? is completely blue which means that little blue patch on valkyr's head is just a left over from her original... skin's skin)
So does that mean Valkyr prime was just valkyr prime but started to look like the skin for whatever reason and then she got captured and got expirimented on, which raises another question. People ask ''What's inside the warframes'' even though we know what warframes are made out of... I mean... we make them out of scratch. Why would Alad V of all people want to learn anything about what's essentially a pile of scrap? Was he researching this connection? The one between the operator and the warframe itself. That makes alot of sense because valkyr's info says she felt alot of pain and went through horrible expirements and remembered the whole thing so she or the operator was connected and alive during it. If so why wouldn't the twin sisters, people we know have alot of money and interest in this very connection, want to contact him before we huff and puff his whole research to the ground?
Im sure these questions are relatively simple to answer but Im not a lore master and I can't really be bothered to look these up so... help a pal out?
And Im extremely sure I was off about the primes, valkyr's backstory or why the twins would even want to to such a thing and Im absolutely sure everyone here would just LOVE to correct me with vulgarity so... please don't say mean words... please

So, Old Al was just all about salvaging orokin tech to make death machines just to make more of those death machines even though they don't have much use because corpus already has weapons that can shred warframes like paper or make them lose their abilities (Corpus techs, nulifiers and the lighthouse faced dudes) and the grineer are heavily armoured folks that are strong against slash melee attacks that these machines attack with them so these ''Death Machines'' are expensive to make, needs warframes, a rare resource that is really hard to get to make and aren't very good at the whole death thing
I don't think the infestation made alad crazy, I think the infestation asked nicely and alad was just too crazy and drunk to care

I mean, I expected quite a bit when they gave us a talking ship, a starting cutscene, made the first boss a mini boss for a few missions, and fleshed out a few of the actual bosses more. And then they eff'd it up by being DE.

I would say, in particular case of Valkyr - lore got screwed up pretty badly. There is absolutely no explained reason why she should look like she does, on the other hand - there's more than enough reason, explaing why she shouldn't look like she currently does.

I mean... she looks like they couldn't wait to show off their nezha prime model but he was too modern so they recycled it to valkyr instead

The only explaination that I've heard as to why her Prime shouldnt look the way she does is that the frame was designed after the original model (after Alad V experiments) and not her Gersemi skin (before Alad V experiments). But then it MAKES sense because no other Prime has been designed using their deluxe model, so Valkyr isnt an exception. Also another point is... IF they had designed her after Gersemi, then why would anyone want to buy the deluxe skin? Nobody, if they could just farm the instant cosmetic upgrade, thus making the deluxe skin pointless.

I know it says that before Alad V and the experiments, Gersemi Valkyr existed. This doesnt mean that this is how Valkyr Prime would have looked though, and MAYBE Gersemi wasn't how the original Valkyr looked but rather more of an alternate design they made of her. It only says that Gersemi was before Valkyr got experimented on... it didnt say that that IS the original Valkyr (Unless it is stated in a Dev Stream otherwise, I dont really watch those).

At least this is how I look at it. People can have their own opinions, her Prime doesnt bother me in the least.

I'm guessing at some point DE will rewrite some of this stuff to make the lore mesh a bit better. I don't really have any objections to Valk Prime's current appearance, but I've been playing this game enough to know that if these little inconsistencies are a problem, then sooner or later the devs will do something to try and fix them. I don't really know if there's an official "full release" date yet, but honestly I wouldn't really pay it any heed if there was - just about every game gets delayed a while before final release, and as far as I'm concerned, the longer it takes them to finish the game, the more complete and content-rich the final product will be.

Her prime makes sense in a business and game stance but that's not what I meant
The point of primes are ''Old warframes before they looked like the ones you see today'' but the whole point of the gersemi skin is to show that, her ''Primed'' version so in a lore standpoint it doesn't make sense. For that to happen she had to be a prime and then look like the gersemi skin for NO REASON, lose the white and gold look and then get captured and look like the version we see today
It'd make sense if the prime was just the gersemi skin but with ivory and gold stripes and extra parts because she might've been modernized like all warframes (Modern warframes are just prime warframes without gold stripes and less power) so what I mean is
Her story is her being a prime, changing to her gersemi skin that looks completely different and then be modernized when her story should've been her being a prime and THEN modernized to look a bit different as the gersemi skin and THEN be expirimented on by alad V to look how she does today
