Cernos p arrows fan out horizontally, lacking concentrated damage when you're slightly out of like melee range. Rakta has syndicate proc, much faster draw and has concentrated damage instead of 4-6 arrows fired out in all directions. DE tried to pull a sancti tigris vs tigris prime but this one didn't work out that well.

rakta shoots faster and charges faster, the prime shoots multiple arrows, havnt gotten it yet so i cant say which is better.

U cannot compare those 2 bows. They are different in any way. Cernos prime is like ivaras 4 and rakta cernos is fast firing bow. Damn good bow.
I would say that rakta is for killing 1 enemy at time while cernos p is for crowds

if u want a dmg bow the prime is better but if u prefer a faster draw bow with a corrosive proc means u should go for the rakta cernos

I still hope Cernos Prime does some performance in Bows only sortie where there is chance mobs gets at close range. On the other hand, I mostly use Valkyr for any "... only" missions as noone will take my claws from me even when they are weakened with no melee equiped...

In overall DPS I somehow feel Cernos prime wins.

But in overall reliability....

It's a viral proc, New Loka weapons have corrosive.
The damage of Cernos Prime is divided among the arrows shot per draw, great for clearing out groups, but not ideal for taking out singular stronger/eximus targets.
