Should I use Critical Delay?
So, I'm right now using a Paris Prime with my Zephyr. I have equipped a maxed Point Strike and a maxed Vital Sense, so my Paris Prime has a 112.5% crit chance with a 4.4x crit multiplier. So here's the question: Should I max out and equip Critical Delay (+48% crit chance, -36% fire rate (x2 for bows)) on it to increase the chances of a red crit, or is the decrease in speed too much to be worth it? Also, I almost exclusively completely charge my bow before firing, so does fire rate affect the charge time, or just how fast it shoots when you tap?

I wouldnt that increase isnt really worth the lose of fire rate... fire rate affects the charge time I usually run with a vile acceleration on which makes it fully charge almost instantly... if you want to increase red crit chance your best bet would be an argon scope... or if you want just better consistant crit damage you can throw a bladed rounds on...

Havent found a weapon where it benefits on sadly, if only it was a pistol mod since i think synoid gammacor would had been a good choice for it + slower fire rate dosent hurt on that weapon

ps. first i wanted it for my soma prime but that was not a good mod loadout you could make :P

Try it on a sniper rifle, their high base crit chance should get you some good use out of it with negligible fire rate reduction

Once you have decent mods critical delay will most likely never be used for any gun. What it gives compared to what it takes away is not as valuable as just having a different mod there.
I use Critical Delay as my eighth Tonkor mod.

I do believe that there is a pistol version of the mod: "Creeping Bullseye." Completely identical, but for pistols.
Did once use delay to create ammo efficiency but think with bows the only reason I could see is if aiming anyways leaves you hold that shot. Kinda like making the bow be in sync with you.

I don't suggest it on bows unless it's used to break the 100% crit chance. On BratonP I always use it, and with snipers I also would.
