Hydroid Prime Access Pricing - Tentacle Swarm Bundle

Hey Steam Tenno,

Just going to drop this quick PSA here regarding some Steam pricing irregularities for the Hydroid Prime Access Tentacle Swarm Bundle. As some of you may have realized, Hydroid Prime Access was temporarily listed at a price much lower than the usual listed price of other Prime Access Bundles. This was the result of a pricing error and was not an intended discount.

We are working with Valve to correct the pricing mishap. We're not quite sure yet what caused it to be honest, but we're working away on resolving. It should be resolved very shortly!

If you or someone you know purchased the items at the unintended prices, we are still evaluating the depth of the issue. Check back in this thread for further comment today on our plans for those purchases!

EDIT: This price issue occurred due to circumstances beyond our control. We will not be acting to remove any items at this time - buy a lottery ticket today.

Good luck with the release of PoE. I hope this incident won't hurt DE/Warframe. You have our support; I still buy platinum even though I already made a lot by trading.

Im a bit bummed that I missed this, being a college student has its downsides lol, like missing things and being broke. Oh well play the hands you're dealt. Is it to much to ask for this to be all day :P (JK DE deserves this money for how well this game is made)

If they did Decide to remove the package from peopels account it would put him in the negative for plat which would lock his account till he made up the difference, but DE said they arent going to Do anything.

Honestly I tried this game way back when it released on PS4 because I wanted something to play on my new PS4 back in 2014 and thought it seemed cool but I'm not really a fan of F2P games. I did end up buying this bundle and upon trying the game I actually really like it. I hope you let us keep it because it sort of gives some of us incentive to stay and toss our money at if we really like it. Think of it as a crazy black friday sale that some people took advantage of. Like Heroes of the Storm I have no issue tossing money at games I really enjoy and it looks like you have something special here that I never knew existed and only now do because of this price error. You have a new customer going forward...

i had just started playing a week or so ago , have spent money already on the game this wil make me stay longer and no doubt throw more money at it later , especially with the expansion out soon

do ppl really buy that stuff at 150euro ? thats crazy.... even with 10 euro i can buy a humble montly or humble bundle.. if anything you should drop the drop to that price point, considering tehre were lots of folk buying for themselves now, since steam removed giftkeeping due to traders and stuff...i honestly dont know what u gain with it

even then there were hude price discrepancies.. 10 euro for one side, 5.50usd on the other..

It may have been a mishap but it sure did a good marketing job, I've seen many people planning to try the game just because of this glitch. I'd buy it myself and I passed just because the game doesn't run on Linux, which is a shame in its own.

I didn't miss the price glitch and bought it for 8,99€. I never thought about playing Warframe until today, I downloaded it already and will play it at some point.

Never played this game before. Now downloading and joining every single Warframe community on internet. This mistake will bring bad and good things to the game, more players, more interest and well a little bit of market-break
