How Do I Change My Microphone Settings to "Push to Talk"?

I have a microphone that picks up my fan, and I'm wondering where I can find the "push to talk" setting, since I don't want my microphone to be constantly on.

I think it may be Push to Talk by default, can't see an option to set it Open.

Set a key for Push to Talk in your Keybindings.

Above all the "Gear Hotkey" bindings, you'll see Push to Talk between Show Player List and Inspect.
