It's biggest stregth is applying multiple status effects and comboing with a condition overload glaive. After that it's an overall decent status projectile weapon.

The weapon is a tool for a goal, it's up to you to decide if the base weapon or a modded version will benefit you in anyway.

You are free to have your opinion, but i reached my conclusion a long time ago and by my experience players are prone to find the same conclusion, assuming obviously they reach that level (which despite being available, it all depends on player effort and wanting to reach that), until then they are likely to believe otherwise.
