is there anyway of getting mods from ps4 to pc?

Nope , there is no crossplay. Also interacting between multiple of your accounts is not allowed.

Given this, its up to you if you want to start over with a PC account, or if you want to just keep playing on console.

I've grown to like the PC more than consoles due to the fact that online multiplayer is free and a pc offers much more freedom
