Plains of eidolon(Quests)

I know the update launches pretty soon but after watching videos devstreams and such i dont remember anyone confirming if we get a new cinematic quest with this update.I know a lot of people dont like the operators but i personally love them.The Second Dream and War Within blew my mind the first time i played them.So is there any source about a new quest with POE besides the glass frame one?Perhaps i missed it.

Next 'Big' Cinematic Quest is about Umbra and 'Sacrifice', and apparently will explain more about what the Warframes are. It is not comeing with PoE, it will come later.

For what we are getting with PoE I don't know, and I don't recall any sources that mention much besides the Gara Quest. I assume there will be some sort of Quest to go to and explain what PoE is about, showing basic tutorials of stuff like melee crafting, Arcanes and of cource the new Operators and how they learn to kill Eidolons.
