White regular map icon?

Also, this location has a few loot crates underwater where the spiner is mixing everything. not sure if Im suppose to do something to shut it down or what. Anyone have a clue?

That's the icon for interactable terminals, i think they mostly happen in spy missions. With that windgenerator it's actually inactive by default. You have to take a Rampart (manned grineer turret) and shoot at the windmill blades - they get hidden under a forcefield. When all of them are hidden you can actually interact with the console at the base of the thing, it will draing the water in the "mixer" part of it.
