I didn't get Broca Prominence Syandana

I linked Twitch account and got many dropped items, but i didnt get the syandana,,,
Is there anyone that didnt get it or any solution?

Maybe open a ticket? I don't really know of a solution, i got it immediately after linking my Account + relogging.

because the syandana doesnt come in a mail it comes already in your cosmetics, go check it
