once you cap out at lvl 30... what else is there to do?

You have a 2% chance zu get the eidolon lens. On average it should take about 50 mission to get a single eidolon lens. But it might take you 100 missions ...

Therefor I recommend to ignore the eidolon lens

In case anyone looks at these comments recently the eidolon lense is much easier to obtain now. It has been made easier.

In spite of this being a necro'd thread, I'll say this: since I started using Eidolon Lenses on some of my dps frames, I'll never be able to go back to old Greater Lenses. They're not too difficult to obtain thanks to the Bounty reward changes mentioned above, and on Bere I find myself getting a good few thousand extra Focus per orb.

anyway, if you comapred it to back when you only had a chance for the eidolon lense in the last stage, then you'd be correct - but DE changed it to the current system pretty fast after the start of PoE... about a few days (or a week) after this was thread was creared.
now, it's more of a question if you want to build a greater lense in the first place to use it up for a eidolon lense.

Doesn't really matter now, but... No, it took a full month for DE to finally admit that only getting a single reward out of a bounty was awful. Still, guess it's been reasonable for longer than it was awful by now.

i've not run any bounties since getting gara after that patch, but from what I saw of prices, it DOES seem like eidolon lenses must be pretty common by now.
