Find Onkko?
There is no waypoint for me at all on how to find Onkko. Nothing in Cetus or PoE.

Please send help :(

He's behind a door you need to go into operator to go through in Cetus. If you count the gate as north, it's just a bit east of the bounty board vaguely hidden in the rocks.

...Unless you meant the quest.

After accepting the quest from the guy that gives the bounties (to lazy to remember his name), look for Onkko's wife in town, then check your CODEX and accept it... the got to your navigation panel and look under the main quest tab and it will send you directly to PoE...
