Dynamic resolution question
Under the graphics setting i see something called dynamic resolution.. What is it?

Presumably when your system is under too much load it lowers the resolution and then bumps it back up afterwards, e.g. an intense fight scene with lots of explosions going off. Lots of games have used this before and it's usually unnoticable :) Definitely enable if you're getting slowdown in huge fights or towns.

when your framerate takes dips, it changes the res to a lower one then current to up the framerate

if you have a gtx 1080 ti and you want the best graphics do i disable it?

disable it even with gtx 1060 since you will always have 60fps, and with gtx 1080 ti you should have 150-400fps all the time

Keep in mind this setting won't help you if you're CPU bound since it only affects GPU performance.
