Pyrotic Alloy/Pyrol for the Zaw
So let me get this straight, if i want to make my own "Zaw" the custom melee weapon, the lowest and easiest to make parts, which you need 3 of, require 140 of the Pyrotic Alloy, to get that i need to first of all, find mining nodes, then it has to be the red kind of mining node, and then i have to be lucky for it to be Pyrol, because you can get other minerals from it too, and you only get 2-6 of it. I've spent the last hour farming it and i got 10 of it, that means 14 hours of focusing on mining and also getting lucky. Is this seriously supposed to be like this?

It's probably even way harder to get the higher ranking ones. I don't mind some exclusivity and some work and hard earned reward, but this is rediculous.

What do you guys think, if any of you have experienced this and/or calculated this out.
Thanks in advance!

I imagine the higher rank mining tools pull more minerals out of the rock. I could be mistaken, but that seems most logical considering the painfully low drop rates right now.

I don't see any other point of those advanced mining tools. "More accurate" clearly tells me that you can mine minerals better and in bigger quantities.

Honestly, yeah. There's not much else it can do, beyond having a larger tracking radius. I imagine it probably has that as well, lol.

ores have a higher chance to spawn in caves, honestly that are the only areas where i even bother looking for them.
