Where are the Quills?

Trying to unlock some stuff with madurai and need to find them to get more upgrades anyone know where to find them?

Try to find a door with blue lights on it in Cetus.Once you found it,go in operator mode,enter and there you go,you found the quills.Door is near Konzu by the way.

Is there a way to make NPCs show up on map (and also at same time remove other player blue dots)?

Does anyone know why I can't switch to Operator mode

I have done Garas Quest ..Did bounties to rank up in standing ..but i cannot open door to quills..I also cannot go into operator mode at door ..any suggestions ..?

You can't switch to operator mode because all of your points where refunded and all the schools where re-locked. You need to go to your Operator interface (on your ship) unlock at least one and set it as your active school. At that point you should be able to enter Operator mode again and get through the door.

dont forget the focus rework thats why you cant go into operator mode

To get access to the Quill's you need to do the following:
1. Complete the Gara quest. You can get it from Konzu.
2. Once you finish it you need to make sure you have reallocated your focus points. These we refunded for the focus changes.
3. Near the entrance to the plains there is a path kind of hidden away in the wall. This will be shortly down a path to the right just past Konzu.
4. You will know you have found the right place when you see the door with the blue glow. You can only enter in your operator form.

--- i try to reallocate my points but all the stuffs in the focus tree is locked. how do i unlock them?

i think you need to have at least the very basic skill in the school you choose to unlock, because for me i already reallocate my focus points to unlock unairu school but still i cant go to the quill.

There are a couple of skills that don't require quills to unlock.

The initial one, and at least one passive iirc.
