Is it possible to cheat in AutoHotKey?

It states that you can use it to spam and make warframe easier, but not automated or cheats. But is it possible to make an aimbot or just a ♥♥♥ in AHK? There are a few things that i know, for example we could make the cursor move to an enemy, by using colors. I don't know everything about AHK and i know that there is a better way to make a script for a ♥♥♥, but is it even possible to do it? I'm talking about making the scripts, not according to the rules. I won't use the ♥♥♥, I'm just curious.

cheat? no. autohotkey and similar programs are used to re-bind keys or to put scrips onto them.
that said, how would write a aimbot script for warframe in the first place? you would need the data from the game itself (especially those that deals with the aiming of a weapon and the enemy targets). to get those data not only requires some knowledge you likely don't have (or you wouldn't ask such question at all, here) and can get your account banned for good since you'll will hack into the running game to get those.
another way would be not so much banable, but would require you to write a whole program that can readout the video data, analyze it to get the correct hitzones and then also take control of your pointing device to "arrange" the fire-solution...
all in all, your better off learn how to shoot yourself ^.^

Serious question thats slightly on topic, I've (seen a friend) use macro's for pressing E relatively fast for faster melee weapons so I don't need to buy a new keyboard every other session, is that actually a bannable offence?
