Go past your arsenal and hang a left. If the cyst on your neck is fully grown (it will have a hair sticking out of it) the door will open and there will be a chair you can sit in to remove it.

Once it fully matures in 7-days you can go into the Infested room and have it removed.

But know...once it's removed off that frame it'll never return.

You can also pop the cyst and drain the liquid into a Kubrow egg for a very special pet...

Thank you all!
Here's one more question, should I go in the infested room once per warframe?

You will need to if you want to get rid of each cyst, yes. However, frames other than Nidus aren't able to access the Infested room unless they already have a fully-grown cyst; there's no way to pre-immunize them so that they never get it in the first place. However, it's a good idea to keep at least one frame around that still has the cyst so that you can breed a Helminth Charger pet (and anything else they may possibly introduce in the future...).

This line right here is why I won't vaccinate. They are going to eventually expand the content and everybody is going to fume having to rebuild frames to infect them. My money is on needing an infected frame to craft an umbra frame. I'ma make soooo much plat charging people to be infected 😂😂😂😂

This thread was quite old before the recent posts, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
