Frost and Snow Globe Stacking

So i found out that new snowglobes absorb the health of old snowglobes. i was looking at its wiki page to see how frosts armor effects the globe when i found this out. whenever i go into defence missions with higher levels i stack about 20 of them for a nice 202,000 hp shield. however i get a lot of people (useually higher ranks) that tell me this doesn't work. they all think it was a bug that was patched. why does no one know about this?

As far as I know, it's an intended feature, which is why it absorbs the prior one instead of just putting a bunch in the same spot. I usually stack 3-5 in most situations, unless it's absurdly high level (150+).

I don't think it's no one because I've seen sortie Frosts that spammed at least 10 snow globes at once to ensure that the hp doesn't get instantly deleted by lvl 80-100 eximus enemies. In my experience, though, most situations don't require so much hp, and I doubt many Frosts have Fleeting Expertise (especially if you include the new players that came for Free Prime with Twitch Prime).

i do admit that 20 is a bit overkill. for some reason the max health is 1,000,000hp. i wish snowglobe's in game description said it stacks.

A lot of people are confused because there was a brief period of time where it stacked infinitely and then didn't at all and no one was sure what the next hotfix did.

After his rework got sorted out, snow globes stack up to 1 mil health. Of course a lot of people never bother to test it themselves or read the Wiki, where the mechanics are clearly listed, so are just blurting out what their friend told them did or didn't work.
