Konzu doesn't give the "Saya's Vigil" Prompt? [SOLVED- SOLUTION IN DESCRIPTION]

I'm Mastery Rank 1, I've completed the "Prove Yourself" bounty, and I've done Vor's Prize. However, when I talk to Konzu, I only get "Orston Standing, Bounties, and Infestation." I don't get the "A Personal Favor" prompt. I tried going to Saya, I couldn't interact with her, and I tried starting it in my codex, but it won't work because I can't trigger the "A Personal Favor" prompt. Help anyone?

SOLUTION: It turns out that the first bounty he gives you- the "Prove Yourself" one- it doesn't count as a bounty. You must do another one after that.

I think you need a minimum Master Rank to have that quest available (maybe 4 or 5). Such early players should first focus on unlocking planet nodes and level up weapons, as most story quests will be locked.

First, the prerequisite in the Codex says "Mastery Rank 1 or more." Second, this is simply a second account.

Yes- the "Prove Yourself" Bounty doesn't count as a bounty. You have to do another one.

No, just Vor's Prize, complete 1 or more Bounties, and be Mastery Rank 1 or more. It turns out that the first bounty Konzu gives you, the "Prove Yourself" one doesn't count as a bounty- you have to do another one, like stopping the supply lines. Thank you though!
