Saya's Vigil won't start

I've completed the bounty, have rank 1 mastery, and finished the Vor quest... but I see no prompt from Konzu about a "Personal Favor" Quest... only the Prove Yourself bounty that sends me out to the plains just keeps repeating itself even though it says Complete. I see no new dialogue option.

Im pretty sure u need to find a lady in Cetus to talk to and prompt quest progression, no?

i love people like you, cant figure out what to do, blames the game for it then delete it and call it a "buggy game" its actually fun to see this

Yeha it is insted off getting help they just get toxic

You need to talk to Saya, go back to your ship go to the codex then activate the quest and just drop back into the plains directly from your ship.

Took me a while to figure that out, just remember if its a quest you always have to activate it through navigation or your codex on your ship before you can attempt it even though with Saya's PoE quest that wasn't very obvious considering she said she will contact you on the Plains.

So I can see this is a pretty old thread, but I'm encountering the same glitch and even returning to my ship and making sure the missions active is not helping. It just fast travels me back Konzu who repeats himself and then I go talk to Saya again, and I'm guided to enter the planes where nothing happens afterwards.
