Look up what they do, I guess. I still can't see myself ever using something other than Zenurik for the energy regen. Using my abilities without a trinity has always seemed more interesting than any of the other options to me.
Madurai gives you damage buff
Unairu gives you armor buff
Vazarin gives you health buff
Naramon is just there, like with random tiny melee buffs
Vazarin is about health and healing and instant revives.
Naramon is about melee and Operator speed.
Zenurik is about energy.
Unairu is about armor, yours and enemy armor. As well as damage deflection.
edit: Oh, and if you're looking into it, make sure whatever info you find is about focus 2.0
Additional Damage - Madurai (30% phys + 30% elem IIRC)
I dont like others but Vazarin can be useful for insta revives.
(side note i would gladly keep this over getting shadow step back lol)
plus extra xp is nice xp. the extra tenno speed is nice as well.
i would say naramon is melee and operator speed focused
You can get insane levels of affinity for any focus school by getting them in the plains of eidolon, and using appropriate methods (equinox sleep build with spear and meming strike if you have it, or just getting a lot of stealth kills with loki/ash/ivara...). You can also jut use the obelix method if you don't like stealth and kill everything with your melee weap with a melee warframe like excalibur, valkyr, wukong etc, but it will be slower, though still effective if you are strong enough to fight very high level ennemies on your own, in high level survival sorties for example.
Also, the combo buff is insanely good, because even if you don't find ennemies for a littler longer, you won't lose all your combo at once. Even though it seems to bug out and not work sometimes, but when it does it's one of the best buffs in the game for a melee playstile if you build around combos.
Arguably the best tree in the game to do long endless missions vs very high level ennemies solo or farm focus.
To activate any focus bonus, be sure to use your operator once at the very beginning of the mission to get the bonus (be it madurai dmg buff, naramon affinity buff/combo etc).
