Does *anyone* know of any Warframe Twitch Partners and who would still do whatever it is that needs doing to let these two items drop?

I'm well aware that Rebecca has announced out of the blue that the generic drops have ended, but the Totem and sigil, to my knowledge, is still obtainable. And yet apparently no one answers anything about it, as though it's a government secret.

I saw a few streamers running for the sigil on Halloween. However, the only one I can confirm that did it was NeoNess007. I haven't checked since the 31st though.
