By doing orokin derelict capture missions I could almost guarantee the 1st roar on capture, but unless there were enough infested nearby to start killing almost immediately, got the message that the juggernaut moved on instead of the 2nd roar (lost count of the number of aborted missions because of this). Seems you need to make sure that there are plenty of nearby infested before getting the 2nd roar so you can start killing them almost immediately.
Last run, about 1 min ago i was surrounded by 20+ infested. Kill them in a blink of an eye, just to hear that Juggernaut move away. About 4 sec from roar to the message that Juggernaut moved away.
Solium on Eris have nearly 100% chance to spawn Juggernaut so i was thinking that would be easy part, i was so wrong...
the reason might be to prevent him insta-destroying the defense object or hostage (especially in higher level like a sortie. in such cases, the message from lotus, that the jugger left the area, indeed can come after just a few seconds.
funny enough though, the same prinziple seem not count for sentients - try doing a solo run on the mob-def- mission on lua (at least it was this way last time i done it - quite a while back).
assassins (stalker, zanuka, g3) also won't spawn in the rooms of the defense objective, though they will anounce themself and spawn right when the timer (mob-defense) reach zero - i defense missions where there is no counter, i seems they wait until the current wave ends and then spawn, holding the next wave until they either get you, or you them.
the killer-squads from enemy syndicates though doesn't seem to bother about that though - sometime they also wait after the flashes/anouncement, often they don't (they are pretty single-minded at their target anyway and mostly ignor everything else).
This seems to suggest that once you've downed the capture target you could delay actually capturing, and therefore the 1st roar, until you've gathered enough infested to trigger the 2nd - the problem is that you don't just have infested on these maps, so you could end up with a load of corpus instead.
