Prisma Angstrum Not tradeable?

i just read on Wiki that the Prisma Angstrum can't be traded.
Wiki: Like Syndicate weapons, Unranked Prisma Weapons without Forma and orokin Catalysts can be traded between players. As of update 21.7 however, Prisma Angstrum cannot.

- Why is this weapon different than the other Prisma weapons?
- Why is or was there no message ( not tradeable) in the shop by Baro ki'teer?
- Why was it allowed to buy ( trade for ducats) more than 1 when DE knows it wasn't tradeable?
- Is "not tradeable"for always or will there come a Fix for it?

This actually happens every time baro gets a new weapon. DE might even be doing it on purpose.

I was just saying that they might have some reason to prevent its trading. Maybe they want everyone to spend ducats instead of buying it with plat, idk.
