Bind items...HELP!!

I don't really know where to bind items effectively, where I can quickly press a button in hands reach and pull out whatever I need, so people of the nice Warframe community, please guide me. I need bind for at least 5~6 items and I don't know where to put them

Binding consumable items on your keyboard

He means the Gear wheel.

By default, keys 6,7,8,9,0 are free. Bind those to hotkeys 1,2,3,4,5. These numbers corresponds to the "gear hotkey #" in the key config menu.
That should cover your item restore needs and an extra for a specter. The rest of the gear wheel I put Cipher and Scanner or whatever.

I didn't have the gears binded by default...they weren't even binded at all when I changed my controls

Check your gear wheel, you will see that each slice will have a number in it. Those numbers are "Gear hotkey" numbers in the Customize Key Bindings menu.
Your keyboard keys 6-0 are unused right now.
Go to your control config menu and bind
Hotkey 6 - keyboard 6.
Hotkey 7 - keyboard 7.
Hotkey 8 - keyboard 8.
Hotkey 4 - keyboard 9.
Hotkey 5 - keyboard 0.

or whatever order you want. Whichever works for you.

mine has better tracking and dpi surpasses that ..lol
besides that mouse is waaaay to skinny for me.. i have a big hand lol
