Can't login to website - works fine for the game.

So I've been using an oldish account to play. The thing is my login info works fine for the actual game but the same info does not work for the website, which is really annoying because I can't change my account settings or stuff like that.

Anyone know anything that might help except making a second account just to contact the support?

Do you have any kind of script blockers running? The main sight has a captcha that you need to do to log in. If you aren't completing it it won't log you in.

That's pretty much the only thing I can think of. Otherwise the same credentials should be working fine on both.

Thanks for the idea. Tried disabling AdBlock and then used a different and clean browser alltogether. Sadly none of that helped =/

Are you seeing the Captcha tho? They have an image based captcah system (pick all the pictures that contain X). If you aren't seeing that coming up then I would still say that is likely the issue.

Alright I tried IE now, which seems to maybe work since it now at least tells me my IP has been temporarily blocked because of too many failed login attempts. I never got that message before. I'll report back in an hour or so.

it might be blocked for 24h, but if you use a dynamic IP, just by turning your router/modem off an on again will get you a new IP from your ISP.

Turns out I was wrong. Still doesn't work even though it seems like im not blocked anymore.

So I finally made a second account just to contact the zendesk (the support).
I will try to keep this updated, just in case anyone else ever has the same problem.

might be a bit late but :

if you can go in-game : try going to the market console and click on the prime access link or buy platinum... for me it opens up steams browser to the warframe page and automatically logs me in...

Wow that actually logs me in. Thanks a lot . I'll try to find out why it doesn't work normally though.
