Pretty average with its 15% critical chance and Neutral disposition.
WIth a considerable amount of efforts you can make it hit pretty hard, but it's still feels like Latron p is underpowered in some way...i really hope for a raw damage or crit chance/crit damage buff to make this weapon if not end game Amazing, but at least firm Good.
It is not a bad weapon by any metric, but in terms of overall utility, the Sybaris variants tend to be overall better since it procs crit much more reliably.
Ok thanks :)
The Sibaris has mostly taken the role of primere Marksman's Rifle away, thanks to the Dex Sibaris and Sibaris Prime's high preformance. (and in the Dex Sibaris's case, the fact many players will have one with a catalyst built into it even, so zero barrier for entry to them.)
The ammo economy of the Latron line is superior to the Sibaris under most conditions where you'd use a Marksmans Rifle, but being a Marksmans Rifle, crit builds tend to shine and the weapon will be most effective with consistant headshots. Back in the day, when Argon Scope first appeared, it was pretty much talior made for the Latron Prime, as it was the best able to use it.
For myself, I tend to use it sometimes out of sheer nolstagla and it holds up pretty well.
