About the hunhows gift pack...
You see, the pakal armor set is probably one of my favourites, it fits well with a lot of frames, and thats great. Only problem is, I dont have it. You see, this set of armor and syandana is only obtainable through the hunhows gift pack. And you see, I dont want the kubrow armor, or the scimitar skin, or the war, i just want the armor set, but theres no other way to get it, You cant buy it individualy, or in a set, or the syandana, by itself. So this annoys me immensly, as platnium is kinda hard to get, with trade chat being the mess that it is, people lowballing constantly, and anyone who sells things set them at a much higher price, and anything else ive tried is just, slow. So why cant you buy just the armor set?

what ME annoys is that i only would want the damn war (since the droprate for the parts from the conculysts are legendary crаp) and i would need to buy the whole damn pack to get it.
(oh, and b4 some wiseаrse mention it, i do have a broken war but don't want to use it for war).

As the broken war is still a good weapon im gonna guess?

It's a pain to make the Broken War (but at least you can buy those parts).

Anyways, all bundles have been like this (Hunhow bundles been around for 2 years) and no partial refunds or partial purchases have ever been made (that I'm aware of, maybe through tickets).

You should figure out your priotiries, but take your time it isn't going anywhere :Helen_wink2:

Allowing people to buy just the armor wouldn't be fair to the people who bought the whole bundle.

I mean, sure, good point, but its just so damn expensive just because it includes things i dont want, maybe people who bought the pack actually wanted all the stuff in it? The stuff in there is pretty good

This has been my priority for a while, trying not to spend plat on other things, and sure its not going anywhere, but yet again not my point, all im asking is why you cant buy things sepratly? Why am i not able to do this?

I personally think Hunhow's Gift is one of the best platinum purchases in the game for the goodies you get, and quite a few of them.

The 'What Stalker?' bundle, on the other hand...-.-

Edit. I agree that as is the policy with bundles on Steam, one should be able to buy individual items of a package that are specifically needed, or have the price reduced judged by the number of owned items it detects in your inventory from thepackage, rather than buying duplicates for everything else and wasting plat which, as you said, is already expensive. But it seems that DE is completely blind to such a complaint as not enough concerns on the issue have been raised yet, so who knows.

It is your point, that was my answer to your question. ITs only available in a pack because it was given as a pack to the game, not seperate pieces. Get it now?

Why? Profit, that's why. It's a usual trick by company to lock a fancy stuff behind a pack. Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 for example, hiding good cosmetics behind its respective Deluxe pack. It's not only on hunhow's gift, as warframe example, see the Chroma deluxe pack too. I rarely see any chroma around using that skin, but the giant blade that can only comes with the pack is often seen, either with Zenistar or Galatine.

Well yeah, good point. Oh well, maybe i can slap the armor on my space dog, maybe ill het a scimitar eventually, i dont know. Oh well.

DE may actually earn more if they sell those things separately, make it so that buying a pack would be cheaper than buying each item individually. Now people are reluctant to spend money because they can't exactly get what they want.

DE are atrocious for that. Just look at the deluxe skins, yes they sell them separately, but you have to buy the full bundle if you want any 1 of the cosmetics.

Hell it used to be the only way to obtain the boar shotgun was to buy the charging rhino pack.

Not to mention the plat costs on many items is either waaaaaaaay too high for what it is or just makes no sense (why does ivara cost more plat than harrow, considering purchasing harrow also gets you a riven mod!?)
