How to make charged throw?

im trying to trow Glaive and its holld meele bottom, but how can i make a charged throw?

When you charge glaive, you'll see three little pieces of white symbol turning around your reticle. Release your glaive as soon as they flash and your throw becomes a charged throw.

Don't forget to have it have it "unholstered".
You know, where the bottom right says "Glaive" instead of whatever other weapons you brought.

Okay, so theirs two kinds of throws for glaves now.
regular throw is just holding melee.
'Charged' throw requires you to dual wield. So get a single pistol in your secondary slot and the glave in your melee. swap to the pistol and it'll automatically equip both. When you hold down melee to do a throw, you'll see a reticle shifting, when they turn blue release the button and you'll get the much more powerful charged throw.

but can i still make it explode like that? or can you only explode the weaker throw that swings it first
