Are Burston and Braton prime worth keeping?

I usually get to lvl 30 with weapons and sell em, probably won't sell any prime stuff tho.

i keep braton prime cause its a pretty decent status weapon but not burston
there are other burst weapons that are just more fun

Braton P is a solid status rifle. Not world-ending, but it's enough to get the job done in most places. Burston Prime... I have to admit it's kind of "eh", even with its Arbiters of Hexis augment. That said, between the augment and a riven that adds fire rate (one of the only rivens I've ever used), it can be pretty crazy (fires bursts about as fast as you're able to click).

The normal Burston works pretty well for me for most occasions, as long the prime is better than that, I'm set.

braton prime is fairly solid burston prime is meh but weapon slots are cheap and you never know when you are going to stumble upon a crazy riven for something so better to have it than not...

i keept all primes, and normal with no prime version yet too.
if you ask if those weapons are worth putting in effort, beyond the mastery, then i would say: yes to the braton, no to the burston - that is my preference. if you like a weapon, keep it and format it.
also, where is reason to sell build prime stuff for credits only?

I've been trying to sell my Hind riven, even though it's got good stats, it won't sell.
So I figured, I'd put it for my own use. I mean, I'm gonna hate it, but let's see how well Hind will perform with the help of a riven.

After 3 forma, status build. Hind can actually perform decent against level 50~60 enemies, Grineer even. But I kept having this feeling that it function like a Burston, but with 5 shot burst instead.

So out of curiosity, I put Burston Prime and Hind side by side to check the stats.
And oh my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ god, they are almost identical. And I guess we can all agree Hind is a piece of Grineer doo-doo.

IMO, Burston needs a real upgrade on stats to put it on par with the rest of Prime items.

Disclaimer: Yes, My Burston Prime have both Augment, and Riven installed. There are still better guns out there.

^^This. You never know when a weapon/frame is going to get a buff/rework/retired. If you dont have it then you have to rebuild/refarm/relevel it to use it. I am kicking myself right now for selling the miter many moons ago because now it has an augment to pop nullie bubbles.

As far as burston/Braton Prime, while not the top of the heap if you invest of them they are decent mid tier rifles. Braton P is my personal favorite assault rifle and goes well into high tier content. The damage dosent really fall off, it simply becomes an issue of ammo economy. Burston i prefer the astetic of the standard version and i take it out on occasion for low tier combat.
