Where exactly to farm Atlas's parts?
Are those hard to farm? What type of mission is that? Or just like RNG like Nidus?

You get him from killing Jordas Golem, and to quote the wiki,

"The drop chances for each component are 38.72%, 38.72%, 22.56% for Neuroptics, Chassis, Systems respectively as it is for most boss-rewarded Warframe components, with an expected 19 ± 6 runs to obtain each component at least once."

are there ANY drops that aren't rng?
well, like Orange above just said, that's the place to go. if it can be considered "hard" depends on your gear and skill, i guess - but if you have a decent to good archwing + weapon, i would't worry too much - if not, you better look for a party to join. the mission is more or less a dual one: first you fight off an juggernaut and then right after get out in space to fight the whole golem-ship.
i'm not sure how those 19 ± 6 runs are correct, since you'll get one bp each time you fight. therefore you COULD be lucky enough to only need to do 3 runs at this... but of course, since the chance are always the same, you could also run it a hundered without ever getting the right one.
if i remember correctly, i had about 6 or 7 runs till i got all 3 bp's.

If you have a decent modded archwing and archgun, you should be good to go. If not, well, let's just say you're going to have a bad time.

Definitly. If you can, bring a Crit foucsed Velocitus with Radiation damage and Corrosive Projection. The Golem has obscene health and enormus armor value, but lacks any real threatening attacks. Killing it is more tedius then challanging.

if you don't have the ability to punch through its armor value (on the one weakpoint that actually takes damage mind you!) it can literally take you more than an hour a run. :raven:

Edit: That weakpoint being the engines themselves.

I know that this is an old thread, but after at least 40 runs, I've only received neuroptics... would this be considered a bug, or just a credit farm?

really bad luck, like insanely bad luck.

but man, the Jordas Golem, its really funny how you can have memories in a game your are still playing which still contains the content...but you played it and completed it literally 7 years ago.

I've always got stuck around the space boss fight part of when trying to kill that Jordas Golem boss because the ArchWing was almost everytime shot down when nearing to kill it. :steamfacepalm: But now that I've got an Amesha it might help me solving that more easily (according to its skillset descriptions).

To be bluntly frank, it was far easier to farm for my Atlas Prime, alongside with being far less frustatingly annoying, just to try that Rumbled Augment and enjoyed it. But in the end tanky WarFrames (WF's) aren't exactly amongst my 1st favourite playing styles upon this game. :baa:
