operater voice not working(minor spoiler warning)
My operater used to speak then i uninstalled and took a break. Now I've come back yet to hear his voice outside of quests. Futhermore i have the opition to allow his speech on and have tired turning it off and on again. Does any one have a solution?

Not completely sure if I get it right, but have you turned the Operator Voice on in your Audio settings?

yes and tired toggling it to fix this
Edit:I mean i tired toggling it but it didn't fix like you know turn it off and on again sorry i realize i made sound like this was fixed

okay so no one on this forum has encounter this issue other than me nor do they have an idea of how to fix this?

You do realize its very random for the operator to talk outside of the quest right?

He/She might say 1 line in multiple days,It is not guaranteed that they will speak at all for very long periods of time. It WILL show up but it is completely random.

Before I uninstalled and took a breaj my op would speak about 2-3 lines per mission. I've reinstalled since then and havn't heard them speak in WEEKS. I've taken some major breaks and start playing again to only find the same thing is still happening.

And why exactly does this matter so much? Its just a side thing. If it truly is bugged which I doubt then youll just haveto wait or keep trying to fix it. I myself dont think its that important as it does not impede my gameplay,Also noone but you seems to have this "bug" so im still in serious doubt.

As I said,Its random. Cant do nothing about it but wait or spend countless weeks fixing a bug that potentially doesnt even exist.

I fixed this via reinstalling the game overnight. The op has finally spoken first time in weeks and is now his chatty oldself
