Download after steam install?
I am currently installing warframe through steam and I'm just wondering if there will be another download from the launcher itself after I finish the steam download? and if so does anyone know how big the download is? Unfortunately I have very slow internet... :/

yes and if im not wrong its around 20gb

20gb total or another 20gb after the steam install?

Steam install is an old version and hasnt been updated in years by Steam or DE. After you download that amount, it will need to update to the current version on Warframes servers. Last i checked the data difference is about 20GB. So yea, its going to be a while.

i fell ya bro. i have potatoe internet too, and every time Warframe gets a big update (usualyl 4+ GB) it takes me 4+ hours to download

Turns out it was only around 25gb total just in case anyone else was wondering. This game is fun, glad i've given it a second chance.
