Where is the simulacrum ?

go to a Relay, head to simaris's room, and look to the left when you enter, it will be a blueish crystal, which can only be used once you get the simulacrum key.

You just buy it from Simaris.

you can buy it from simaris for 75000 or 50000 standing, I cant remember which one.
