Itzal is great all around, except for being somewhat a glass cannon, amesha is.... well it just can't die, but lacks any AOE offensive ability.

Amesha for sure. Skills are all meant to keep you (and the entire group) alive with not much effort. You have weapons to kill things easily (since you don't need to care about yourself anymore). I switch between Amesha and Elytron (those can help with damage, but are much much slower. Amesha + Fluctus/Cyngas/Velocitus makes you efficient in any situation).

amesha is like my wukong, but luckily for amesha, in archwing there doesnt exist any ability nullifier, or atleast i havent encounteerd one.

Itzal is a very fast archwing exterminate frame because he can just spam his 3 and kill everything. It deals high dmg and also pulls everything the enemies drop including energy orbs. Amesha is a defensive archwing, whatever it is you're doing it's hard to fail when you or the thing you're defending just can't die. She can also give her allies almost unlimited energy. Neither of them is the best archwing though, there is no best archwing, all of them have their own role they're good at.

if i could have izals pull ability for ameshas 1st and also its speed, then that would be my favorite.
therefore, i can only say i use both for different tasks.
