Bring a Nekros and whatever else you want to that mission... Trinity is nice, but frankly so long as you can have Nekros to make the drop rate not so annoying on the antiserium the only annoying part is the occasional shuttling of drops to the other spots. Had an Ivara with me who made a zipline to cross the open reactor room map easily and just shuttled stuff when it was needed while I killed infested with Desicrate running. Think the last guy was in a Loki but can't really recall.
The whole 'lets put one part on rotation C of an endless mission type' for frames thing is not fun. At least defense you can speed up by killing faster, on this Salvage or Survival it's literally just going to take at least that long.
but when i helped my friend it took 20+ runs.
best example of rng being a friend as well as an enemie.
if only C rotation just didnt have a ton of junk in it
