Personnally I gave up at the musical puzzle part, my rage was caused by the average IQ of the public game teams I got.

Her quest was very fun
I especially liked the last part

I got her parts with groups

60,000 Credits (Dirt cheap)
1,000 Oxium (About half an hour of Oxium farming)
4,100 Plastids (A couple of runs of Saturn or Uranus survival)
10,800 Polymer Bundles (A couple of runs of Uranus survival)
5 Neural Sensors (A few Alad V runs or just Venus survival for a bit)
25,000 Salvage (You already have this)
3 Neurodes (One run of any mission on earth, probably capture)
2,000 Kuva (A couple Kuva Siphons)
20 Morphics (You also already have this. seriously, it's the most common 'rare' resource)
3,000 Circuits (You still probably have this but if not, Ceres or Venus survival)
5 Orokin Cells (A few runs of Ruk, or a bit of ods)

A couple of runs of ODS
A couple runs of Lua Capture
A couple of runs of Lua Exterminate

I had her blueprint the day the quest came out. It took me less than 24 hours to get all of her part's blueprints, and less than an hour to get the components I was missing.

Octavia is dirt cheap, the most difficult thing about her is getting the blueprints for all her parts. She doesn't require 10k Cryotic, or 10+ Nitain, or 5000 Mutagen samples, or 50 neurodes, or 10,000 plastids, or hours of farming for Axi relics, She's pretty easy to build.
